Loggia products

Loggia is a modern building system that provides the best way to build the best rooms. It builds stunning extensions, replaces the traditional conservatory and makes orangeries affordable.

Product overview

Combining the very best of British building excellence with a generous helping of Italian inspiration, Loggia is, quite simply, a revelation. A unique building concept that creates beautiful extensions with revolutionary engineering, that harmonise perfectly with any home design. The addition of a Loggia extension will improve the value of your home significantly more than a traditional conservatory, making it a sound financial investment too.

Design options include multiple wide or narrow columns sitting on or off plinths, topped with the Classic Cornice outside, internally insulated with LivinRoom, warmed by radiant panel heaters and illuminated by LivinLight.

Whether you’re seeking a minimalist look or want to maximise the wow factor, you’ll have every opportunity to create a stunning Loggia to suit your budget.

The roof

The Roof is the most important structural element in any orangery beacuse it provides strength, stability and ventilation for the overall structure. To ensure you get the maximum enjoyment from your new orangery all Window Wise orangeries are fitted with Ultraframe roofs.

Ultraframe are the acknowledged international leaders in the design and manufacture of orangery roofs and every roofing system carries a 25-year BBA (British Board of Agrément) life expectancy. With over a million roof installations performing day in, day out in the UK, you can be sure that the addition of an Ultraframe orangery will give you years of pleasure and may also add significantly to the value of your home.

Window Wise are one of a select group of Ultra Installers approved by Ultraframe and the BBA to advise and install orangeries with an Ultraframe roof.

The walls

The wall product you choose will depend on the style of your loggia, the location, it’s intended use and your own personal preference.

Full height window frames combined with Loggia insulated columns and either patio doors or the superb concertina doors can provide a striking design. Dwarf brick built cavity walls can be added to combine with standard or low height window frames and french doors for a more traditional look.

If you’re not sure on what’s best for your home, our orangery consultants are always on hand to give you expert help and advice on planning your new Loggia.
