Our hardwood windows, doors and conservatories are not produced in large factories by computer controlled machines, neither do we use 'engineered timber' that is so prevalent today - primarily used to hide the younger timber more commonly available.
Instead, our windows are custom-made by experienced craftsmen, using ageold traditional techniques and skills. The timber used is solid hardwood in a choice of species, seasoned and milled ready for your bespoke window, door and conservatory requirements. This timber is procured only from sustained and cultivated forests, all of which adhere to strict worldwide environmental guidelines.

The only break from tradition is the modern hardware that we employ for increased security and reduced maintenance, although hidden from view and still in keeping with the classic elegant styles, thus maintaining the traditional look and character of timber.

As an alternative to the conventional modern hardware we are also able to offer traditional fittings/furniture to all products.

For period properties modern double glazing has not been an option for many because of it's modern contemporary look. However, this has now changed with the advent of white woodgrain profile and hardwood/timber for the frame construction and the introduction of authentic looking traditional window, door and conservatory fittings/furniture available.
