Pilkington 'K' glass(also known as 'low emissivity' glass) provides optional increased insulation allowing even less heat to escape than ordinary glass, thus providing the equivalent effect of triple glazing and consequently reducing fuel bills. 'K' glass will also significantly reduce condensation. The invisible energy saving film on the glass actually makes the inside surface warmer to touch, therefore eliminating 'cold spots'. |
