So that you can see exactly what to expect when you order your new windows, doors and conservatories from Window Wise we have detailed the different steps of the order life cycle below. There are 9 in all covering the whole process from start to finish. Customer Satisfaction is the focus at each and every step!

From your initial enquiry through to completion of the installation, you can be assured of our very best attention at all times.
 
Step 2. Professional Advice

Our experienced consultants will offer you professional, sound advice and guidance to ensure that you make the right choice.
Step 3: Quotation

For your peace of mind you will be provided with a detailed, written quotation confirming all aspects of the specification, details of our terms & conditions
Step 4: Survey
Prior to manufacture a detailed survey is completed... all our products are purpose made, individually designed and manufactured to suit your own unique requirements.
Step 5: Manufacture & Delivery
You can now relax with peace of mind that all our products are professionally manufactured to the highest standards and delivered with care.
Step 6: Installation
Our very own experienced installers will undertake the installation with due care and attention to your complete satisfaction.
Step 7: FENSA Registration & Guarantee


Our products and workmanship are fully covered by our own comprehensive ten year guarantee as well as by an additional underwritten indemnity Insurance back ten year guarantee with the Insurance Guarantee Association.

FENSA Registration - All replacement window and door installations need to comply with current building regulations (currently conservatory constructions are exempt). Window Wise is a FENSA registered company - self certification compliance. Within a few weeks of the completion of the installation FENSA will issue the homeowner with a certificate of compliance.
Step 8: Aftersales
In the unlikely but possible need for further assistance after the installation has been completed you can be assured that any necessary 'after sales care' is given priority attention.
Step 9: Recommendation Scheme
