Arguably the roof is perhaps the most important part of your property, therefore we will not simply cap and cloakover existing timber. We believe that this work should only ever be done thoroughly by completely removing all the existing eaves timber, treating exposed roof timbers and 'rafter feet' with preservative, renewing the 'sarking felt' at the eaves edge and re-running the verge tiles to the gable ends as necessary.
