Windows Product Range |
Window Wise products are manufactured locally to the very highest standards and in compliance with British Standard Kitemark approval. (Further Kitemark specification details can be provided upon request). The two most popular ranges are the Slimline PVCu PremierGOLDENERGY and 70mm Ovolo Connoisseur Gold products. However, if you prefer we can also supply and install traditional high quality hardwood and/or aluminium windows.
Glazing
* All glazing is with double glazed sealed units using EcoClear ® glass and low emisivity ('K') glass or toughened safety glass where necessary, conforming to B.S.6262 and with obscure glass where required. For additional security, laminated glass is also available as an alternative. For further enhanced security the majority of our products are internally glazed.
Guarantee
Both the product and our workmanship are covered by a full comprehensive ten year guarantee as well as an underwritten ten year guarantee with the IGA. (Insurance Guarantee Association), administered by the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF).
Window Wise is a member of the GGF and so consequently we undertake to work within the guidelines of the GGF code of ethical practice. Window Wise is also a FENSA registered company and has self certified compliance with all relevant and current building regulations
Security
All opening casements and fanlights are operated by key locking, push button handles with a choice of either white, gold, black, chrome or satin finish.
Each opening vent comprises seven locking points, including two concealed hinge bolts, two shoot bolts and two roller cam bolts, and a central dead bolt.
For further enhanced security all casement windows are internally glazed and conform to B.S.7950 (the latest British Standard Kitemark relating to enhanced security performance for domestic windows).

PremierGOLDENERGY
Our exclusive "Slimline" windows create maximum glass area, the PVCu profile has a 3mm wall thickness and a front to back dimension of 58mm. Fully fusion welded joints to the outer frame and to the transoms and mullions, reinforced as neccessary with galvanised steel in accordance with manufacturers guidelines.
Window Wise also offers both traditional hardwood and aluminium as alternatives, individually designed and tailor made to suit all requirements.

Our exclusive slimline windows are constructed by using a 58mm frame section with a 3mm wall thickness. Fully fusion welded joints to both the outer frame and all transoms and mullions and reinforced with galvanised steel to manufacturers guidelines. (N.B reinforcing not necessarily required on frames under a certain size.)
The PVCu profile is 'high impact modified' to prevent the frames becoming brittle or cracking with age or in severe cold temperature.
PremierGOLDENERGY products will keep their good looks. White PVCu profiles undergo a unique polishing process to provide a more sustainable easy clean, high gloss finish than most other PVCu profiles...

Connoisseur Gold
Specifically designed to match exactly with the style and character of traditional timber windows, our exclusive "Ovolo" profile has a 3mm wall thickness and a front to back dimension of 70mm.
Fully fusion welded joints throughout, including all transoms and mullions and reinforcd with galvanised steel in accordance with manufactures guidelines.
