However, we are equally keen to take feedback, constructive criticism and to hear if things haven’t gone quite right, we can only improve if we listen to the most important gauges of our business, the home owners who entrust us with their home improvement projects. As in any business, occasionally things to not go according to plan, but how we respond and deal with any issues along the way is what matters. It is for this reason that we like to follow up all our installations, whether replacement windows, doors or conservatories, to ensure we are doing a good job.
