Yes. As part of our dedication to excellent customer care, each installation in progress is visited daily by our Installations Manager to ensure it is running smoothly.
35% deposit – 65% balance on completion.
35% deposit, 35% interim payment due just before we commence the work, 30% balance on completion.
35% deposit, 50% interim payment due just before we commence the work, 15% balance on completion.
25% deposit, 1st interim 35% (on completion of the base work), 2nd interim 35% (due once the construction has been erected, glazed and ‘weathered’ in), 5% balance on completion.

Yes. We offer a ten year guarantee on all our installations.

All our work is covered by a 10 year guarantee. We will repair and/or replace any faulty installations or products totally free of charge, subject to our terms and conditions.
No. We will continue working throughout bad weather on all window and door installations unless the conditions are so severe that it is deemed too dangerous for our installers to continue working.
However — if because of any weather conditions you would prefer to postpone installation work, please let our team know so we can re-book the work in.
Yes, our installers are highly experienced and can be trusted to remain on your property to continue to work while you are not there.
Keep pets and children away from the work area/site during the installation for their safety. Also, it is recommended that any valuable items, furniture & cables are moved clear of the work area.
