Spring is here, and if you’re determined to get over those winter these winter blues and enjoy the summer by lounging around in a brand-new conservatory, the time to start planning is right now.
Every year we get homeowners contacting us about a new conservatory once it’s already summer and the heat is there to be enjoyed – but by then it’s too late to be ready for that season.
When you take into account the design process, potentially planning permission issues, construction, furnishing and the final finishing touches, it becomes plain to see why it takes several months from the initial quotation process through to getting the work completed.
That is why you need to think ahead and start considering the options.
With orangeries you can enjoy the light from a conservatory with the feel of an extension – providing greater overall value and the best of all worlds. A orangery installation will provide a more substantial and conventional glazed extension, although this option is likely to need planning permission as well as building regulations.
Alternatively, a conservatory option will provide a predominatly glazed structure, although features such as ‘Livin Room’ and ‘LivinRoof‘ can be incorporated to provide part-glazed, part-solid roofs.
There’s a number of options available. Whether you want to…
