A stunning window transformation in Haywards Heath
A new customer to Window Wise, Mr Gostling approached us regarding the replacement of his windows, which were not only looking past their best, they were lacking in energy efficiency.
When we first visited Mr Gostling’s property, we were immediately excited at the prospect of working there. It was clear from the outset that this particular job was going to be different to others due to the double elevation, five-facet bay windows that give the property its character and individuality.
Sympathetic and expertly made
With homes such as this, exacting standards are applied not only to the manufacture and installation – we start with making the right choice.
Mr Gostling was obviously keen to ensure that the replacement windows correctly reflected the property’s unique style of window.
To mirror the existing windows, a black woodgrain subframe and white sashes were chosen.
The perfect choice
From the outset, we felt that our Platinum NRG PVCu Flush Sash window system would be the ideal option for Mr Gostling.
As a timber alternative PVCu window system, it offers the appearance and character of timber windows, but with the enhanced technology and energy efficiency of PVCu window systems. This is particularly important with larger expanses of projecting glazing.
Beautiful inside and out
The black woodgrain subframe and sills are perfectly in keeping with the house’s original external architecture. From the inside, the fresh white of the five-facet bay bounces light into the home and is perfectly complemented by the black handles.
Cosy and energy-efficient
All Mr Gostling’s new windows are double glazed, so not only will draughts be a thing of the past, heating his home will be more energy-efficient and therefore cost-efficient.
Superb results
The end result looks nothing short of superb. The new windows fit in perfectly with the property and will continue to look beautiful for many years to come, as well as keep the house warm and well-insulated.
