We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and we continue to follow the relevant government advice to ensure the safety of our customers and our team.

We are open for business and we can manage design consultations and quotations either remotely (via phone, email or video chat) or at our showroom strictly by appointment only.

Visiting our showroom

Our showroom is open for visits, strictly by appointment only. If you would like to visit us please call us on 01444 45 71 45 or email admin@windowwise.co.uk to arrange an appointment.

We have implemented measures to ensure that it is safe to visit our showroom. Staffing numbers have been restricted, hand sanitiser is available, increased cleaning has been arranged and a two-metre distance will be maintained at all times, face masks are to be worn.

Please do not come to our premises if you, or someone you have been in close proximity with, develops symptoms of the COVID-19 coronavirus.

Visits to your home

Please be assured that we are adhering to strict health and safety guidelines when visiting customers properties.

If you have an appointment or installation booked with us and you, or someone you have been in close proximity with develops symptoms of the COVID-19 coronavirus, please let us know so we can if necessary, rearrange the appointment.

We appreciate that you may prefer not to have anyone visit your home at this time. We completely understand this and will be very happy to reschedule appointments and installations accordingly.
