Heritage aluminium windows

Aluminium windows are inherently strong, making them incredibly durable and secure.

Not only robust and long-lasting, the sheer versatility of this material means that aluminium windows can enhance homes of different styles and periods.

The Heritage range of aluminium windows offers greater choice and flexibility. It provides character and style with all the benefits of contemporary design and technology, replicating the look of traditional steel Crittall windows.

Slimline character

The enhanced strength that aluminium provides lends itself perfectly to window frames with slim sightlines, enabling an authentic, sleek aesthetic, and maximising the amount of glass.

The Heritage range is an excellent option for replacing original timber and steel windows. The unique slim profile incorporates all the benefits of modern technology and energy efficiency.

Thermal efficiency built-in

The Heritage range of aluminium windows incorporates energy efficient glass within high-tech double-glazed sealed units as standard, achieving a Window Energy efficiency ‘A’ Rating.

There are various glazing options of up to 32mm depth, with an argon gas-filled cavity, to ensure optimal insulation and noise reduction.

Triple-glazed sealed units are also available for properties where weather conditions, noise or security are particular considerations.

There is a specially designed polyamide ‘break’, known as a thermal break, between the inner and outer parts of the window. This ensures that cold air remains outside, keeping valuable heat within the home, thus reducing the chances of condensation forming.

Discreet Trickle vents ensure adequate airflow, whilst achieving maximum energy efficiency.

Timber and steel period design

The Heritage range provides a choice of profile designs to accurately reflect the character and style of the property, and its original windows.

Our chamfered sash design is perfect for replacement of traditional timber and steel windows, as it replicates the putty line that would have been used to retain the glass.

Our stepped sash profile has been carefully designed to emulate original Crittall style steel windows, which became popular in the Art Deco movement from the 1920s.

A choice of outer frame designs in either 58mm or 70mm depth means that you can find a Heritage option that will blend perfectly with your home.

Choice of finishes

A choice of either matt or gloss finish is available for Heritage aluminium windows.

The gloss finish is low maintenance and because it resists airborne pollutants, it stays looking cleaner for longer.

The matt option is ideal for a flatter, more contemporary finish.

In addition, to help you achieve the perfect combination of style and colour for your home, we offer a selection of standard colours or a wide range of RAL single, dual-colour and anodised finishes.

Hardware options

The ergonomic offset handle comes as standard. It is available in a range of finishes to complement your Heritage window design, and to reflect the style and character of your home.

Additional contemporary and traditional options are also available to achieve your desired look.

Security and maintenance

A secure, multi-point locking system is fitted as standard and tested to PAS 24 specification, which is the standard for security performance for windows in the UK.

For ease of maintenance, the Heritage range features Easy-Clean hinges. This innovative design means that windows open at a 90-degree angle enabling convenient cleaning from inside the home.
