Updated operation and maintenance guide now available

The majority of our products require very little maintenance to keep them in tip-top condition. Our timber windows and doors, however, do need a little more care.

We have recently updated our maintenance guide. This provides Window Wise customers with easy-to-follow instructions for cleaning and dealing with minor issues, such as scratches and condensation. This applies to products across our range, including windows, front doors, patio doors and glazed extensions.

For timber windows and doors, it provides full information on the annual checks and maintenance that are needed to keep the wood in great condition.

The guide also includes instructions on how to operate the various opening and closing mechanisms.

Finally, it incorporates a useful reminder of our terms and conditions and our 10 year guarantee.
