We are looking forward to welcoming you back to our nearly new showroom.

All being well, our doors will open at 9am on Monday 12^th April.

Why our “nearly new” showroom? Well, let’s go back a couple of years to explain…

2019

Back in late 2019 we were looking forward to celebrating our 30^th anniversary the following year. Champagne receptions, barbecues and celebratory banners were all discussed.

We’d even uncovered some historic photos of our location.

But the centrepiece to our celebrations was to be the renovation of our showroom.

We anticipated a grand opening, inviting Window Wise customers past, present and future to explore our beautiful new space. We looked forward to demonstrating all the wonderful options for improving their homes.

2020

Of course, it turned out that 2020 was anything but a celebratory year. Our 30^th anniversary plans were scrapped, but this was the least of our concerns. More important became ensuring measures were in place to allow us to continue to provide our services in the safest way possible.

Nevertheless, we decided to continue with the planned showroom refurbishment. So many new products and design ideas have come onto the market in recent years, and we needed to showcase them.

Our refurbishment was completed mid 2020. While we were able to share it a little over the summer, since the autumn our doors have been closed.

2021

Thankfully, light is now at the end of this tunnel. The country is gradually getting back on its feet and lockdown restrictions are being eased.

As a result, we plan to re-open our nearly new showroom from the 12^th April.

We have fitted in a huge range of window, door, conservatory, orangery and home extension products for you to come and try out for yourself. Plus, of course, our friendly team will be on hand to answer your questions and inspire you with their design ideas.

I recently had my windows replaced by Window Wise. They were highly professional in the lead up to the installation, making sure that I was aware of the progress of the order and who would be completing the installation. Oli and Adam were absolutely amazing. They had a huge amount of experience of replacing windows in Bolnore Village. There workmanship was fantastic, they were polite and friendly and left absolutely no mess. What a fantastic team you have with Oli and Adam. Excellent communication from start to finish.Tom, Martin, Oli and Adam all had an enthusiasm and knowledgeable approach and I felt in safe hands throughout. I also thought the costs were very reasonable, certainly not the most expensive and not the lowest, but only a small premium up from the lower end. I like that they are Fensa registered too.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, from the moment of first contact to the aftercare the customer service has been excellent. I’ve had a few jobs done with the house recently and this company were by far the most proficient and professional. Finding years worth of birds nests when taking a window out was a shock but not only did they clear up, clean, put the new window in, they boarded up the entrance. Really happy with the work replacing the units in our conservatory. Everything was on time and to a great standard. The fitters were polite and efficient and even rectified quite a significant issue we had with the roof. Very pleased.

Delighted we are with our new windows. From beginning to end, working with window wise has been complete joy. Gavin gave great advice and was so patient (I am quite indecisive!). Quotes were received quickly and rewritten with the same speed as I changed my mind again and again. I was never ever made to feel like a problem. The survey was straightforward. We were kept up to speed with the wait times. Finally, the fitters were outstanding. An absolute pleasure to have in the home! They got on with the job, were attentive to detail and they tidied up at the end of the day. To be honest, I was dreading the upheaval... but needn't have worried at all. There's no doubt ... it is a lot of money BUT totally well worth every penny.
